Voici une version améliorée avec tes ajouts : L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à la frontière entre Karon et Kata, avec la plage à proximité immédiate. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Les piscines sont spacieuses et agréables, parfaites pour se détendre. Nous avons rencontré un léger problème de climatisation, mais le personnel a immédiatement réagi. Nous sommes ravis de l’accueil et de la gentillesse des équipes.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights and the room we were initially given had a really bad smell and was on the 3rd floor. We requested to change this as I had a bad knee and was not able to manage that many stairs as there are no lifts. We were given another room which was very nice. I just want to give a big shoutout to GAGA who was absolutely lovely, she is the most sweetest person ever. Thank you Gaga for everything you did for us ❤️❤️ Breakfast was ok.

You can tell that at one point, this hotel was all the rage. It is still beautiful, but some upgrades are visibly needed. For some reason they are very strict on the check-in process. Even 5 minutes before the official check-in time, we were told to wait. If the rooms are ready, I think they should allow guests to check-in. Instead, they had everyone wait in the lobby until exactly 3pm, which created a bit of chaos. But the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the location is perfect (away from the main street but close enough to walk everywhere).

Every thing was great ,the staff were great they couldn’t do enough for us they looked ,after every thing for us ,so helpful The food was fab the room was beautful the swimming pool was fab we give it 5 star all the way. A big thank you to all the staff for all your hard work a really great hotel and a great place to stay Michelle and Martin

Good location, situated on edge of Karon beach, just next to Kata beack, both lovely. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, lots of trees and wooden walkways. Adults only pool and Club lounge offering teas and coffees through the day.
