The location is great! Although being in bukit bintang means you will be in traffic central. The room was not very clean. Coffee stains on the bedside table draws the surfaces felt sticky and unclean. I did go round with my wipes. Breakfast was ok as a vegetarian i would have liked more options.

Sabrée. In the club room was far too good and an example to others on fostering proper care to clients.
Breakfast was the same as usual and maybe no different to what was provided years ago.
Same sardine curry and dhal for non meat eaters the whole 1.0 days!!!!
I will still rate the hotel with 9/10 and will continue to visit in the future

Absolutely fantastic hotel experience. I stay in a lot of hotels around the world, and this is one of the best experiences I've had. The staff are friendly and considerate. The hotel is quite, and the quality of furnishings exceptional. We only stayed one night, and arranging for a late check out was very easy, and no problem for the hotel team. Highly recommended.

The staff is attentive and hospitable. I mean all the staff from all the departments from the time I arrived to the time I checked out. I will stay at this Pavilion Hotel Bukit Bintang again.

Fantástico Breakfast was a good variety and roti chanai was delicious. Staffs very polite. Shopping was within reach.
