No es lo mismo que se ve en las fotos, todo esta bastante deteriorado. El piso estaba bastante sucio, para la limpieza, cambio de sabanas, toallas y recogido de basura hay que solicitarlo.

We would not choose to stay at this hotel again. The breakfast except on Saturday and Sunday was all carbs with no protein options. So we skipped the free breakfast most day. On Sunday, we decided to eat breakfast and my son burnt the top of his hand with the waffle iron with 3rd degree burns. The staff member that was there went behind the counter not wanting to be helpful at all. Finally brought me rubbing alcohol to treat the burn. Thankfully we did not use that as it would have been worse. The room had bugs crawling around everyday. The beds are old spring mattresses that make noise every time the moved. You could tell they knew that their beds were uncomfortable because they have a mattress pad on their beds. Getting towels everyday was a chore because they never had enough even though they we maybe at 20 percent occupancy.

Excelente servicio en recepcion, gran amabilidad, el cuarto excelente, la unica recomendacion seria que estudien la posbilidad en variar el desayuno. Excellent service at the front desk, very friendly staff, excellent room—my only suggestion would be to consider offering more variety at breakfast.

Deberían limpiar la habitación todos los días. Pero aceptable por el precio

Plenty of parking. Confusing to find and get to room. Pool was decent. Fitness center was closed down with no explanation. Can't cut through the lobby if you arrive after midnight. Paid for a king room and was put in a double queen and told there weren't any kings available. Ac sounded like it was on its last leg. If you want fresh towels you have to take the dirty ones to the front desk and exchange them yourself. Beds were terrible and hard. Nice mirror at sink to get ready. Mini fridge/freezer didnt get very cold. Only cable on tv and it didnt work majority of the time. Bring your own pillows because theirs are pitiful. Staff was friendly. Only breakfast available m-f is cereal, milk, oj, muffins, toast, and 1 waffle iron to use. On weekends they have all of that and eggs and sausage. Wifi did not work at all. And housekeeping is not bilingual, only Spanish speaking. Overall you get what you paid for, very cheap decent hotel.

The staff were amazing, but the TV. Didn't get good reception , the laundry room isnt available and the fitness center wasn't available either. I still dont understand the resort charge ...
