From arrival my experience at this resort has been superb. You are warmly greeted in Reception on arrival and each day when in contact with them. They are very helpful advising on excursions and where to go. I did the Thai cooking three-course meal which was a great experience. Would highly recommend for guest to take part in this. The staff at this hotel are amazing and genuinely friendly, you are made to feel special in every way.The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very spacious. The food and choice of drinks are excellent. Overall I cannot fault this hotel as it is exceptional and great value for money. My seaview room with balcony was spacious with lovely bathroom I wished I had booked for longer but will be returning

We booked here for 5 nights as part of a month long trip travelling around Thailand. We had booked a pool access room, on check in we were blessed with a free upgrade to a private pool villa, so the check in experience was second to none, the villa was simply amazing, our own sun deck and loungers, great pool, large bathroom with outside shower, comfortable bed and soft pillows. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, from the reception staff, the guys who drove us back and forth to our villa, the two girls who cleaned our room were top notch, to the guy who maintained our pool with a smile. We chose to have breakfast in the à la carte restaurant nearest to our villa, there are so many choices on offer, we also had sundowner cocktails and food at Karkinos restaurant by the beach a couple of times, which has mainly an Italian theme. The grounds are beautifully kept with lots of colourful tropical plants. We had dinner twice at Napalie restaurant, great service and plenty of choice. We also both had a massage at the spa, this was outdoors, but a great experience. Watching the magnificent sunsets with a cocktail is a must do experience. We have visited Thailand many times over the past 20 plus years, and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

Staff were very helpful and friendly beach was easy to access

Everything was great and very friendly staff.

The room smelled strongly of mould.

Beach was unique. I like everything about Apsara. Fantastic breakfast too.

It's position right on the beautiful Memories beach. The only thing I would say, maybe change the breakfast from day to day a little bit. We had 6days days of the same, it was all lovely and tasty but some changes would be welcome

Amazing property a little remote from other restaurants. But the resort is beautiful and the villa is super convenient for a family. Highly recommend

An excellent stay at this hotel. We were treated like royalty from the start and the staff were incredibly helpful. Pools are all lovely and clean. Restaurants are nice. We can’t wait to go back.

The view and beach was amazing. The little surf shop/cafe next door was an added bonus!
