The staff was very nice, gave me some local recommendations even without me asking! Not a fan of the whole guest house experience, but it's nice to have a private room at least. Kinda feels like, as the name suggests, i'm just in someone's house and didn't like how i had to walk by people to go to the restroom l

宿泊施設としてのハードウエアの評価では最悪な部類なのだが、宿の前面の川と道の環境が最大級に嵌った。海でも川でも水辺好きの私にはとても好かった。ベトナムホイアンの日本橋の入り江の景観を何故か彷彿させた。
茶トラ猫（ミカンと言う名らしい。顔耳をガシャガシャしながらネコと呼んだら噛みつかれた。）がエレガントで且つ猫らしい我儘振りが猫好きにとっては堪らない。深夜帰って来たら玄関で置物の様に座って待っていてくれた。鳴き声で気が付いたが、その後私の個室の中まで入ってきて寝るまで相手してくれたが、個室のドアーを締め切りできず少し開けた儘寝てしまった。不用心だった。
韓国人青年のアルバイトスタッフが素朴で好ましかった。一人旅高齢者には嬉しくなる程の好青年ぶりだった。今までにこれ程ハードとソフトのアンバランスな宿は珍しいが、所謂ゲストハウスの類に縁のなかった高齢者にとってはカルチャーショックに近いものが在る。
与那原町自体の宿の選択肢が限りなくゼロに近い。私の様なバス旅高齢者で知らない街だからこそ精神で2泊する方が無茶旅なのだろうが、目的も無くブラブラダラダラ一人旅派にはヒョットスルトお薦め宿なのかも知れない。
何だか不思議な街と宿だった。

休暇で滞在することを想定していると思うのですが、私は会議出張で滞在させていただきましたが、快適に過ごせました。部屋のエアコンも使えました。会議の終了が遅かったことと休日のため近くの飲食店が休みのところも多かったようですが、近くのお弁当屋さんが22:00まで開いているので便利でした。猫が寄ってきたので、撫でたりしました。

Pretty decent place but if you are expecting a luxurious stay, this is not for you. If you enjoy peaceful environment and wooden furniture, this is the great place for it. However, the 4-bed room was quite small just for me (I was lucky to be the only one there) but if you have to share with 3 other people, it could quickly become difficult. Not enough space for sure.

This place felt like living in a true Japanese home. There were local friends over and the host’s kids were also there. They are the cutest!!! It was super quiet at night. Across the street from a farmer’s market and 10-min walk to the nearby supermarket and convenient stores. You can use the washer for free, there is is a shared kitchen where you can use the fridge.
