Front desk young lady speaks great English. She help us to make a resv for dinner, which turned up to be excellent. Also point out a generation family run bakery for breakfast

Very nice hotel, new and convenient. Parking is a dream, right in front of the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Hotel Toulouse Sud. We were told it is more like a business hotel and we stayed over the Xmas-New year weekend, thus it is almost like we have the hotel all to ourselves. Plenty of parking spaces, hotel room is spacious for us, bed is clean and comfortable. Away from the noise of the city but not too far if you drive! All the different receptionists we have met are really friendly and nice. There is really no complain for this place!

Nice stay with all the basics covered. It is modern building with colourful decoration, staff has been polite and helpful. Free fruit is provided in the lobby, I didn't pay extra for the breakfast so not sure the quality. It is not in the city centre so you will need a car (it is around 20-mins drive in non-peak hour driving to Toulouse city centre). Missing a restaurant inside the hotel but there is a good restaurant next door. The only problem I encountered was the very very slow wifi, which was a bit shocking given the hotel is rather modern.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable, service was excellent and a fantastic breakfast. Hotel is a 20min drive from the centre of Toulouse for not great if you're a tourist but very good for business with easy access to the auto-routes.

My husband and I stayed for Christmas Eve night. Despite having to work on a holiday, all of the staff - both on Dec. 24th and 25th - were not just professional but welcoming, courteous, friendly, cheerful, extremely efficient and pro-active. They wanted to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay and repeatedly told us that if we needed anything, to just ask. For example, my husband wanted to know what restaurants in Toulouse would be open on Christmas Day. Thomas, who worked reception on the 24th, immediately researched and prepared a list for us. On the 25th we enjoyed a breakfast buffet that offered great variety of fresh and tasty food and beverages. Check-out was pleasant and easy. The hotel is located in a very quiet industrial-type area south of Toulouse which was perfect for us as we were visiting friends who live outside of Toulouse to the south. Its location saved us from having to drive into the traffic of downtown Toulouse late at night after a night out. Our room was a very comfortable superior room with queen bed which includes an excellent bathroom and amenities.

Modern smart hotel. Not much in way of restaurants in local area, but on bus route so easy to get into Toulouse city centre. But last bus at around 9pm. Free water, both sparkling and flat, + orange & coke soda, but no option to change to sugar free type. Breakfast very good, with freshly squeezed orange juice available

Staff very welcoming and helpful with directions to places of interest. Also, gave us tips on saving on meals.
