The property is in a run down part of Nottingham and quite difficult to find. There was a small sofa in the room with lots of stains, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and there is on opening window which made the room feel very clastrophobic. Its not terrible value for money but had it not been for the test match in Nottingham, I would have felt the price too high.

The booking in was a major issue . When you are travelling from Canada and you have to book in on your phone, it is difficult. The scanning took 5 times. I had to find a room that wasn't bright that would accept the scan. When I had to do the deposit the code from the bank disappeared quickly and to refund it I lost the original forms. This was frustrating. The elevator was broken. I am 71 and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase. Lucky I didn't have a heart attack !!

It was clean good environment and located near shops

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The bed frame had a sheet of plywood protruding from it, which caused me to injure my knee the following morning. I reported the matter to the hotel and was offered either a discounted future stay or a 50% refund. I chose the refund option; however, since making that request, I have received no further communication from the hotel. Despite sending multiple follow-up messages and asking Expedia to contact the hotel on my behalf, I have still not received any response. The complete lack of communication and failure to resolve a legitimate complaint has been unacceptable. This has been the worst customer service experience I have encountered during a hotel stay. Due to the poor service, unresolved safety issue, and ongoing problems with the door access system, I would not recommend this hotel.

great the room i had could do with a spruce up, Blinds lookd disgusting, marks on the wall, lack of lightbulbs

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and will happily stay again. It's easy access to the city centre, the rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable 🙂

I had to telephone as I couldn't get into my room. I was given a new code. It could have been cleaner & I was suspicious about a teabag being wedged in the smoke alarm.

Such a Great property, very handy and the Staffare Amazing!!

This is such a great location. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is amazing. The rooms are well decorated and kept up. The staff is very helpful. I stay here again.
