I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Paris. The location truly couldn’t be better — just steps away from major attractions, charming cafés, and beautiful streets full of Parisian atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with recommendations or any requests. The room was very clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay after a day of exploring the city.

Room was very small for 3 persons as well washroom. Room gets cold at night and hot in day time. There was no air circulation inside room. There was no exhaust in washroom . It was difficult to use wash room after using one person. Staffs weren’t friendly. Asked to wait outside even after 3 pm. Was pushy to sale their breakfast.

RUDE staff, uncomfortable thin twin beds, our room didn’t get cleaned till the third day we were there and they didn’t even change our sheets. Photos of the rooms are not accurate, They put twin beds together to make it look like full size beds. The shower was slanted to the point where we could barely stand up in it, shower didn’t come from the wall basically just a hose. No elevator! Excellent location! We walked to so much stuff, Effiel tower was less than 10 minute walk, amazing bakery right downstairs of the hotel and cute restaurants and stores!

Hotel is in a beautiful area but the reason I’m giving it 2 stars it’s because I’m the description of the hotel says elevator. I choose the hotel because of the closeness to the Eiffel Tower and because it says that has elevator, well no elevator and that was an issue for me as I have back issues and a surgery so it should be removed from Expedia that it has elevator

The Hotel is well situated but the staff are very rude, and the room was terrible, not elevator for the suitcase, on the webpage the hotel said has elevator but it is not. Nothing good to tell about this hotel, I will not recomended.

Very nice area .near to city center

Staff was nice and welcoming. Room was just what we needed for our stay. Location was great in terms of clothing stores, local bakeries, metro station, and Eiffel tower viewing!

The room was smaller than it appeared in the website photos, which was a bit disappointing. Although it had both a radiator and an air conditioner, neither worked properly during our stay. The room phone was also faulty, it kept making a loud noise throughout the night, preventing us from sleeping. We ended up disconnecting it from the network the next day to stop the noise. Additionally, there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own toiletries. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the stairs were very narrow with no lift available. If you have large luggage, I strongly recommend asking for a room on the ground floor, as carrying bags up can be difficult and even risky. Overall, the location was perfect with 15min walking distance from Eiffel Tower

Clean, easy to find, nice room, great location really close to the Eiffel, and surrounded by loads of cafes and bars.

Did not like that we had to walk 3 floors of stairs because the facilities does not an elevator and I feel that Expedia and the facility fail to notify us. I will never recommend this facility.
