A very warm welcome, and Ann, the proprietor, was very helpful and friendly. Room was very well furnished and presented beautifully- perfect cleanliness. Excellent breakfast as well. Can’t think of anything to improve on. We will return whenever we need to stay over anywhere near Penrith.

Such a lovely traditional guesthouse. Ann was a really friendly, helpful host, the room was super clean, spacious and pretty and the breakfast cooked by her husband Paul was fantastic. Beautiful location - Penrith is a hidden gem. 10/10 thoroughly recommend.

Nice B&B a few minutes walk from the centre of Penrith. Lovely breakfasts with plenty of choice. Clean and comfortable room (Room 2) although water to basin and shower took a long time to get hot and shower not very powerful. On-street parking, limited Monday to Saturday and strictly enforced. Good choice of literature about what to see and do in the local area.
