Like many reviewers and I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before booking this place. It looked extremely rough from the outside and made me very uncomfortable. After reading the other reviews I left and found other accommodations.

The breakfast was not so good. Was expecting a hot breakfast only had col cereal and donuts.

Need menus to order food

Very friendly staff no problems with late check out

Advertised as offering breakfast but there were only prepackaged danish rolls or bagels and coffee.

Pest control

This was a last minute booking for me. We did not have a lot of options. When I got into my room, the bathroom light was not working. The bathroom fan would come on, but not the light. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to look at it. I was then told there was nothing they could do about it that night, and this was the last room that was available, so to either stay in the dark or leave. Since we did not have other options at the time we stayed. Also the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in awhile. The man at the front desk was very nice and offered some kind of compensation for the room because of the light. When I checked out the next morning and asked about the compensation I was told that he had emailed someone about the situation and I might get a partial refund or perhaps it could be a credit for another stay. He didn't know and didn't know how long it would take to receive information about it. Needless to say a credit will do me no good because I do not plan on staying again.

Do not book here. I am traveling back W with my recent college grad and this was going to be our first layover. I did one loop in the parking lot and left immediately. The fact that the majority of the residential blocks are burned out/boarded up brick row houses (even the church was boarded up and broken into) should be a clue. There were 6 cars in the parking lot, one of which was occupied by a dude using drugs. The ground floor room directly to the left of the main entrance had it's blinds half ripped down and twisted. There were two 2nd floor rooms with their streetside windows broken out. Two. READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS: multiple reviews and photos of bedbugs and roaches.
