Very nice hotel. They are refurbishing several of the floors causing parking issues. May have to park across the street in city parking lot. But overall would recommend the location.

Excellent hotel. Great room for the price. The location worked well for me, central to everything. Staff were very helpful. Try the poolside yoga.

Everything was great and service was amazing, just keep in mind they have hidden fees.

Staff weere friendly! But if there’s one thing i would suggest people to avoid is the TIMESHARE PRESENTATION. Its definitely the worse part of our trip. When we arrived on 06/02 we wer dead tired from a long flight and after checking in we wer stopped at the concierge and she offered us discounts to water activities that we planned to do which im very grateful for but in exchanged to that, i wasnt aware that going to this presentation is a must or they would take all the discounts back. So pls be aware that this presentation is pretty much 3 hrs long and people are SUPER PUSHY (worse than car dealers). Im still super annoyed even now that wer back home kuz not only twas my sons bday on the day that wer sched to go n went, twas so draining to sit n listen to something we’re not interested in for hours so bc of it, our whole last day completely changed. We decided to rent a car so we can beach hop and drive to other places, and since the nonsense presentation drained my soul, none of us had the energy to do anything anymore. Twas late to do anything Ugh, grr! HI vacation is not cheap but we wna enjoy when we can n for these people to sell n push u to be an owner and ask for $2500 down is ridiculous n when i sed no, she had an attitude. Room was ok kind of weird with wood shutters by the window that you can move where i dont see the purpose of it and 2 small ones as part of bathroom wall which gives acceess to everyone in the room hear your business in the bathroom. Nvr again!

The location is good but the beds are so uncomfortable. The food was good but not for $400 for a few pizzas and some drinks. The building is going through construction and parking is very limited so much so you might have to park elsewhere. The staff was great.

The place smelled like sewage half the time in the lobby area. Not sure why. We had very low water pressure and the hot water was barely over lukewarm. My son got a large splinter from the deck around the pool. They still use regular wood. Staff was friendly. Will not stay here again. Pool was a basic backyard pool compared to other resorts around. The marina by the hotel had tons of trash in it. Smelled horrible walking by it

Perfect stay

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. I liked the fact that it was not over crowded and access to the beach was close enough to walk. Easy and convenient parking was available on site.

Location is excellent, walking distance to nearby attractions and restaurants. Used nearby street parking which was reasonable cost but a bit a nuance using phone apps. Would be nice if parking was included at reasonable cost. That would probably make property more easier to select.
