I liked how the staff were friendly and cooperative, the location of the hotel and the amenities. I didn't like the chargeable parking space it should be free of charge for hotel guests

The beds were really bad. The pillows stiff. Rooms on the first floor don't have access to stairs or the exit, so the only way to leave your room is to take an elevator to the lobby on the second floor and then another different elevator to the first floor to exit.
