Before I begin, I want to say that the staff were very helpful in trying to help me figure out a solution to the problem. The only thing worth the stay is the Lobby (you’ll see they invest more in the bar than the rooms you sleep in) Before you book, keep in mind that the pictures do not match what is give to you. I got a King Deluxe room & received moldy lamps, a room and bathroom that didn’t match the pictures AT ALL! I mean at all. Not a single similarity. Furniture did not match, dirty pillows, hairs in the bathroom. No! Stay that the Hilton Garden Inn at the South Loop instead :)
The check in staff were so helpful and kind! They had no other rooms available & the nice lady who worked the morning shift was so sweet and helpful after she asked how my stay was.
But yea, not worth it and would not recommend. There are plenty of other better locations you can consider.
