Nice and friendly staff but rooms need to be refreshed, and continental breakfast is definitely not the best we ever tried.

A lovely boutique hotel. Older but authentic SF style. Room was comfortable and had a small sitting area with separate TV which was nice for coffee in the morning. The continental breakfast was quite good. Great location near Union Square - lots of shopping, food options within walking distance.

All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and informative. Rooms were clean. Only problem was room was a little stuffy could use a better a/c unit luckily I had brought a small fan for us which helped us stay cooler.

Great budget friendly hotel. Travelled with my spouse for a long weekend getaway. Hotel was nice, staff were polite. Continental breakfast is offered but not much variety. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay again if ever in the Bay Area.

Rooms were quite spacious and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was tasty but don't be the last there if you want a good choice
