The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, the only problems was all the contruction going on. There was some noise from builders, but it will be great when the contruction is finished. I would stay there again.

I have stayed at this property before as usually on a busy trip so only needing a bed to sleep in. You cannot bet the price and if you excuse the renovations going on which didn't bother me at all it is the best and most reasonable place to stay. I had a renovated room which was clean and very comfortable. I was on the 5th floor so didn’t hear any renovations. If you only need a very clean bed and room for a reasonable price I would highly recommend this.

Generous size room with large windows and a view of the River and Southbank. It was clean, neat and tidy and in a very convenient location. It was just a 2 min walk to Casino and only 5 min walk to Southbank, shops, food options, buses and trains, which made getting around really easy. A comfortable and hassle‑free stay overall.

Renovations are happening so had some loud conversations in the hallway at 6:30am but otherwise a fine hotel for the price point. Newly renovated bathroom, clean, tidy room.

Overall, a good value stay. Hotel suites VERY CLEARLY MENTION that repairs are going on at the Hotel. They staff put a poster on the front desk that it is mentioned on booking sites, but it WAS NOT. Otherwise, good value. Staff were nice.
