Abaixo da média This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The Days Inn near Vancouver Mall was filthy and in terrible condition. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, the walls had peeling paint, the light fixtures were rusted, and the carpet was dirty, stained, and torn in multiple places. It was obvious that the property has been neglected for a long time.
I was extremely disappointed and would never stay here again. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Bom The front desk persons were hard working. The problem with this place is lack of maintenance. Chipped furniture, poorly painted rooms WiFi that worked in the lobby but not in the room 60 feet away. No phone in the room to communicate with anyone.
No instructions to operate the TV. The breakfast was adequate, but no hot items except toast and coffee. The list could go on. The bed was swayed in the middle.

Abaixo da média Door frame of room barely held door on, would not shut unless FORCED to close. Fan in bathroom sounds like Harley motorcycle. Pipes squealed whenever water was on. Window had no locks because they were broken off, no screens. Black mold in corners of bathroom, faucet dripped entire time. Check in lady very rude, not personable, threw parking paper and room keys on the counter almost fell off. Ring doorbell cameras everywhere. No fresh coffee. Swimming pool out of order, construction. Very poor breakfast choices. Bread, bread, and more bread. Eggo waffles, baby pancakes, share a gallon of milk and pint of orange juice with other guests. Do NOT COME HERE. Not worth the $130 a night. Spend extra $20 and get better somewhere else. No wonder why this place is garbage,

Abaixo da média Photos of hotel are misleading. The hotel is outdated, rundown, and not well maintained. Our room didnt appear cleaned at all. Hair in the bedding and tub, shower would not drain (needed fixed multiple times in our two night stay), and the room seemed to be in the middle of getting fixed or redone. There was painters tape around things, the tub had a missing part, the shower rope was hardly holding on by a few screws. There werent tissues, cups, etc in the room at all. It was not fully stocked prior to our arrival. It didnt smell pleasant either. The front door knob was wiggly and didnt feel secure, but there was not an additional lock to use.
Front desk and the lady that came to plunger the shower drain were kind. But it was a poor hotel and experience overall.

Abaixo da média Mold on bathroom ceiling, vinyl falling off the walls, shower knob was broke off. We left after the first night and asked for refund of the second night and we were refused a refund.
