The bed was comfortable, other than that not great. The bathroom was smelly, the receptionist did not even manage to smile when we arrived. No water, no coffee horrible entrance. Helped with a taxi but that's it. Sure you can find better for the price. Nothing like the photos

The property was a nightmare and so was the staff. The room smell of gutter and the bed sheets were stain and dirty. The blanket had a hole in and it look like it was a 20year old which were used and worn. The bathroom entrance and broken tiles and I slipped twice by catching on that. The shower door had a massive hole so every time u shower the water will flow from there and flood the toilet room. The worst experience ever. We end up booking for another hotel as could not last at that place for 5 days. When asked the staff they just got annoyed that we comparing. The toilet got blocked twice and the smell was horrendous. Honestly I could not even begin to belovibe that these kind of hotels are allowed to trade and worse they are marketing on Expedia. Very very disappointed. End up paying for the same holiday twice as had to book another hotel so out of pocket now. I wish that Expedia will take more notice of hotels like this and don’t disappoint thier customers. I alway book my holiday on this play form but no problem. This is the first time I had this much problem in one hotel. So hope that they will do something about it. The picture were so misleading as none of the rooms looked anything like in photos. I am adding photos so hope people will see before booking there.

We first got a room in terrible conditions, curtains dirty, air leaked, wall VERY dirty, bathroom smelling awful. Staff helped us do room change. Second room was smaller, but very clean, and no bad smells. Staff is VERY friendly, kind and helpful. Tea and hot water y always available for free!

property offered shuttle one way, for 55 euros when a local travel agent provided one for 15 euros. Property staff is good but property location is in the hills fairly difficult to get to on foot.

Room not like picture. Balcony door inoperable. Exhausting five flight climb to room. Trash, toile paper not replaced regularly Generally very shabby appearance

Hotel was reasonably priced and had nice rooftop view of area.

Description of the property wax false. It is a separate bungalow next to the main building accessible from the street. Unsafe area, anyone could have entered from the street. My family were very upset and we had to leave immediately. The property would not return the payment even though we didn't stay at the property. Expedia service was terrible as they would return my payment. My advice never go to this property. Also I will not use Expedia again. 😤

Very close from blue mosque. The rooms are small in picture looks big and mattress was also uncomfortable. Otherwise ok.

Great Location and value for money. The Wi-Fi signal was poor and disconnected often.
