Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya

As classificações por estrelas são baseadas na visão geral da Klook sobre as informações da propriedade (como serviços e instalações incluídas, etc.) e são apenas para referência

Booked 4 rooms for this stay. 1/4 room was perfect, for other 3/4 rooms: A/C was warm and humid, and another room’s pillowcase had a lipstick stain and odour. Staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating though. A/C was fixed immediately, and a room transfer was obliged. The breakfast selection did not offer a huge variety as I expected, and the porridge was quite cold. Staff was also super helpful and cared about missing items left behind after checkout. Overall, the service is top top. Hotel needs to brush up on room hygiene, maintenance, and improve breakfast variety for a more pleasant stay.

Clean room

Rooms were ok for the price.

Apart from the breakfast buffet.. Property was OK.. And staff was very pleasant and nice.

Excellent location. A very good hotel.

Good

Checked in with hand towel and quilt cover with stain. Overall the stay is alright. The hotel is near the very clean and nice Sunway mall

Did not provide welcome drink

The hotel is quite rundown. The towels and linens resembled those of a budget hotel, with faded stains and frayed edges. On the positive side, the location is excellent, being within walking distance of Sunway Carnival Mall. However, it’s not worth the price. Without a swimming pool, the hotel should seriously consider lowering its rates.

Stayed one night . Move quite place . Clean
