Fantástico This Aparthotel was well located - on Queen street. It was easy to get around New Town and walk to other places. We really enjoyed having access to a refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The lotion and other toiletries were very nice, and the entryway into the hotel very inviting. Note - there are no phones in the room, so we had to walk down when we had questions but it wasn't too big of a deal. We'd happily stay again.

Great central location, friendly staff. Breakfast is fine if in a hurry but there are great cafes/coffee shops nearby. Good sized room but mattress in one of the beds had a bit of an indent but still comfortable. Would stay there again.

Excellent room with large kitchen and room for 4 adults. Location was great, close to restaurants and pubs on Rose street and walking distance to Leith St, Edinburgh castle, and the Royal Mile.
The shower in the bathroom didn’t drain very quickly and the bathroom door seemed to have water damage on the bottom as a result. This did not impact our comfort in anyway and I would stay in the same location again.

Our family of 3 stayed in the apartment room. It was a great space with 2 bedrooms. We also loved that there was a washer & dryer for us to use. The decor was very nice.
Parking was very limited and we had to pay for a space using the JustPark app. We also paid extra for breakfast and it was good but simple. Coffee, juice, yogurt, croissant, & porridge.
It’s located in new town and was easy to walk to other areas.

Ótimo The floor was sticky. I used my own wash cloth to wipe it and it was black with dirt. There was dirt on the walls, mould in the shower. Not a lot, but enough that it felt gross. The bathroom sink didnt drain properly. The hot water in the bathroom sink didnt work. The washer/dryer unit worked to wash but not dry.
We did like the little kitchen, bedding, and location.
There is no parking at all. Nearby parking (10 minute walk) cost us as much as the room.
Most staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. One woman was not.

Neat place to stay and close to everything. Large room and nice staff. Enjoyed the fender bluetooth speaker.
Annoying check in process - it is ‘self check in’ but without the host help you could probably never do it. You have to make your own room keys when there is staff standing right there. Good if you came in late I guess. Auto emails about my reservation and check in said my reservation could not be found, which was worrisome but then they did have the reservation. Decent breakfast included. Shower took a day to drain. Would still stay again but the place had it quirks.
