The staff was inattentive (too busy talking to each other). The climate control in the room itself was really poor. The thermostat settings were incredibly limiting, so I had to buy a fan and have it door-dashed to me just to any any airflow. Smelled a lot like a damp basement. The coffee wasn't stocked in my room; it was just irritating overall. The parking situation was unclear and messy. It was a garbage experience, but they get away with it because the location is good for access to the medical facilities. I wouldn't recommend or stay again.

My heat was not working and the maintenance came up while i was getting ready for bed. Very awkward- it never came on that night. Overly priced as well.
