Very clean great location friendly staff great buffet breakfast

Great hotel overall

This was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a nice ambiance, at a good price. It is central and walkable to some good shopping areas and the subway. Note there was what looked like a strip club or 'hostess club' directly across the street. We had picked this hotel as it was close to the train station, but later realized the Shinkansen goes to a different station (to Shin Osaka station and not Osaka Station) so it ended up not being as convenient as we hoped. Our fault but just be aware if you are also taking the Shinkansen that it is a subway ride away. The breakfast buffet was nice with a variety of japanese and western options, though for some reason there was also a bowl of plastic fruit on the buffet, which was disappointing for someone who had seen it across the room and been excited to have a fresh fruit. Overall it is a nice, clean hotel with lovely rooms and staff. Just take care to research whether the area is what you are looking for.

Close walk to Umeda/Osaka station. Clean room. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

Great location. Great onsen. A little dated but I was happy with the room size and fixtures (air conditioning and air purifier).

Very less vegetarian options in hot food though few things are worn in English but can be English menu,

Very good location. Plenty restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast very good and has a lot of varieties. Compare to similar range hotels price. This one is the one that I like. Room is a bit bigger and clean as well. Clean Bathroom. Plus it has free public bath. Will give 6 stars if possible and will stay again in the future. Thank you to all of your teams.
