We had the best vacation ever and we will be back!!!

Room was nice we stayed in the two bedroom loft with our service dog. With two kids one age 8 the other 13 .Our room was clean but smelled like dog which is fine since it is a pet room. Air conditioner was horrible we had it as low as it could go and upstairs where the beds were was just hot like 78 degrees so very uncomfortable to sleep.the elevators were a nightmare so slow and only 2 of 3 worked had to plan to waiste 15 to 20 minutes per activity just to wait. Food choices is horribe only one restaurant to sit in trails end food was mediocre at best.and everything else offered was at the Waterpark of arcade which closes early at 8 pm.there is no quality control or care for customer satisfaction. Water park was nice the kids had fun but closed at 8pm which is very early for summer hours and at that point there is nothing left to do at the hotel even the ice cream stand closes at that time. Anyway not bad but definitely won't be returning there arr so many other choice is where customer service is so mich better,rooms and water parks are newer and cleaner and hours are better where the parks open earlier and stay open later

Was clean room.. n I get you guys have to make money ....but even on the water park to be relax. ...we have to paid for everything...n not even been serviced right for the money the we paid....not....for me just for rich people.....norma American workers whom decided to take his family to have fun on a supposedly vacation....impossible...never going again....thanks..

Rug didn’t look clean. Shower did not drain. I told staff and got no response. Remote control for tv was missing. Staff brought one up. Room phone doesn’t work. I guess they just want to be messaged through text on phone. Also wasn’t expecting $25 fee to park in the middle of nowhere. Other than that. Kids enjoyed the indoor water park. Only stayed for a day. Staff at waterpark were great. Especially the wave runner ride.

Well one thing k will say rooms need to be clean a little bit more under the bunk beds was so full of dust and garbage bathrooms need to be clean much better specially the bathtub

Great water park. Helpful stuff. But the prices in the resort extremely expensive. The game arcade was the most expensive I've ever seen. They charge $25 for the parking. There is one restaurant at the property and the food wasn’t the best. They have multiple food courts including in the water park area, it was very convenient breakfast was excellent $28 for every person, if you want to have a buffet style food however, prepare to pay for small children as well. The property is beautiful and the view surround is a breath taken. The Outlets stores only 10 min away.
