The staff were very nice but the quality of the hotel was not up to par. The bathroom in my room smelled like urine. After speaking with the front desk, they offered a different room but that room’s bathroom also smelled. Thus, leading us to believe that it was an issue with the cleanliness of the property. There was lots and dust in our room and we even found a huge spider. The AC in the room did not get cold and we could not sleep comfortably. I would not recommend this hotel.

Property was quiet and convenient. Close to the subway but if you have many luggage, be sure to find some non stair entrances.

Room was decent and clean. Staff were pleasant. Lobby is nice. Hallway floor carpets look dingy with stains and need to be replaced. In a good location for visitors to get to the restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was in a very busy area but the rooms were still quiet. The breakfast was disappointing and ended too early! But the staff was very nice and helpful.

Esta cerca de todo , el desayuno es lo mismo todos los días pero estuvo bien , si se compra junto con la reserva sale más barato y es mucho menos que lo que se gastaría afuera
