Bom The hotel is in a very noisy area. With dogs barking on and off during the night. It didn’t help that the windows were closed the noise still came through. Room was small but clean what we needed for the night. We were plagued by children begging in the envions. What would be useful in the information for this hotel was that a 100 MYR cash deposit was required to be paid before getting the room. We did ask to have a late check out but it was refused as the hotel was full. The staff did assist with getting our baggage to the hotel from a nearby office.

Abaixo da média The room I stay was has air conditioning problems and the staff did not resolve it in time even ask me to wait overnight and ending up a late night moving out of the room disappointed, I even with a kid. Worst experience ever！

It was spacious and clean, great little balcony as well to overview of the seaside. Just too bad the noise was a bit loud from the bar till midnight, otherwise its great for staying.

We stayed for 2 nights.
Staff not friendly, so many rules, don’t do this, don’t do that! Cats in cages in the reception
Room OK, small but nice view. Bathroom OK
Bed uncomfortable, only one hard pillow
The worst thing was however the music from a bar across the bay, really loud and lasted until really late. Wouldn’t recommend

Abaixo da média Hotel room itself was fine - comfortable and clean enough for the price.
**The staff at this hotel may be the rudest people we’ve encountered in 5 months of traveling SE Asia. They were dismissive, rude and not helpful. Every time we spoke to them they did not look up from their phones and seemed to be loitering in the lobby most of the time. If you asked for anything, you were met with an eye roll or simply no response. I also found them defrosting frozen chicken in the lobby bathroom sink, hopefully that food was not being served to guests. We were made to feel uncomfortable/upset with every interaction.
(This is not the same treatment we encountered at Speedy Divers - the staff there were wonderful!!)

BomHospedado com a família · Para lazer
The area around the hotel is dirty and since the rooms are not soundproof, we could hear the band playing till late or close to morning. There were many street beggars mostly very young children. The environment around is quite smelly too.

Basic hotel for a short stay and for those who love diving! Nothing much to explore and limited facilities available.
Very bad sound proof set-up hotel.
