Highly recommended for short or long stay—

Check in would have been easier if there were key cards available to make keys. Had to ask for help as there was no key card available to program. I preferred having key cards but hotel staff wanted us to use our phones. The location of the hotel is amazing next to beautiful park and both JR and Subway station. There were many lunch options downstairs in the lobby area with take out options which made it easier for me to work from my room during the day. Overall the hotel is amazing and I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the size of the room. It’s clean and new!

Clean & Efficient Good location

Staff was very helpful during check-in. The room was as per advertised, clean, big room & good amenities. We like the location. Quiet, close to Tsurumai station, convenience store on 1st floor and other restaurants/cafes.

Clean and good location

It was my family and I’s first time staying in Nagoya. The property is located on the 7th floor and shared as a shared business space for the floors below. Upon check we were greeted with a staff member that helped us with using the tablet to register our IC card (in this case our SUICA). This surprisingly became our room key. When we finally made it to our room, we were shocked how much room we had for the 3 of us. The bidet was immediately behind a door to the right, the sink and shower in a separate area to the left, and further away we could see the 2 bunk beds, the sofa bed, and the mini kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The sofa bed also surprisingly comfortable from others I’ve sat/laid on. There was the flat screen tv in which offered Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. However to use these services, you need to log into your own account. Overall everything was very clean. There was also a coin laundry located just across our room which was great. It costs roughly 500 yen (300 to wash and 200 to dry). All in all we quite enjoyed the spaciousness of this facility and the fact that there was a Family Mart right downstairs. If I had to make any cons to staying here is that it is quite far from places that we wanted to go. Food places (besides what was downstairs) were at least a 10 minute walk away. Train station was about 9 minutes away. With all that said, I would still recommend staying here.

Access was easy as was the check in process. Room was spacious and as advertised
