Great location right next JR Namba station. Easy access to direct shuttle bus to/from KIX just steps away from hotel makes it super convenient. Having an onsite private bath gives an amazing experience. Rooftop view is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good but pricey. I would recommend you try once. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again next time.

The first room we checked in to was so very small and we went to the front desk for help in getting a bigger room. The young lady at the desk was amazing and even though we spent more money it was well worth it!

They did not provide hotel stay receipt and said I need to call the website platform which I used to book the reservation.

LOVE this location as it was near the OCAT bus station and also walking distance to main subway hubs and Dotonbori

The staff were wonderful - helpful and respectful. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was clean and well maintained. The room was very small for two people but we made it work. The public bath was great once we were confident in the proper procedures to use it. We relaxed after a long day of walking. The massage was great too. I liked having the 7/Eleven on site. The restaurants in the hotel and surrounding areas (Osaru Coffee) were great and reasonably priced. Overall, pleased with the hotel, staff, and our stay there. Felt safe and close to shopping and food options. The pool was advertised when we booked but wasn’t/didn’t open while we were there. We could still go up to the 44 floor (where the pool and restaurant was) to check out the view. Impressive.

Location was good, just 1 minute from OCAT station. Staffs were very nice. Rooms were a little small but very clean and organized. My family enjoyed time in there😊

Excellent location. Steps away from Namba station , restaurants and shops.Self Check in and Check out. Incredible breakfast/lunch 6am-2pm Western and Japanese. It’s small. No room for luggages. Luggage’s are expected to push under the bed at all time otherwise there’s no room to walk. Bathroom is small. Barely room for daily essentials. Beautiful rooftop pool and public bath house. In house 7/11 and laundry room are pluses.
