Bom The staff is very helpful with westerners. The guy at the front desk happily helped me navigate some stuff in Beijing.
The neighborhood is nice, especially if you need to get to an embassy. There's a cool outdoor eating area a few blocks away that's worth checking out. It's about a 1/4 mile walk to a subway station, which is nice.
The hotel, however, is old and not well updated. The lights in the room kept blinking on and off and the TV is very dated. I tried to get it fixed but nobody came.

Abaixo da média Never ever stay at this hotel. Not worth the price.
The room is not available although past the check in time. Air conditioner and the light are not working properly. We have to take off the room key in order to switch off the light.
They have charged my credit card twice for my stay. The staff are not very helpful in solving the problem. Still waiting for the refund.

Fantástico 생각외로 아주 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 5성글인데 가격도 적당하고 아침식사를 푸짐하고.. 침대도 푹신하고... 공항 옆의 전시장까지 30분 정도 거리인데 택시를 미리 예약해줘서 편했습니다. 호텔 2층 식당도 아주 훌륭했구요. 다음 중국 간다면 또 예약하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Abaixo da média There is no evident that I make the book resulted 45 minutes waiting and verifying in order to check-in.
After 3 weeks I realized the hotel has deduced CNY 1,648.00 from my Visa Credit Card which I already paid on line to Hotels.com
It's a nightmare.....meanwhile I am verifying how to get my money back
