Beautiful and new beach front hotel. Staff are awesome, breakfast buffet is great but gets very crowded. Staff managed it very well though. The pools are fantastic but need to be maintained better so it doesn’t get slick and slidy. As to be expected, drinks and food are not cheap. The beach had sea grass when we were there. It’s not as fine as the one in Oceanica or Dumaluan but water is crystal clear. I would stay here again!

The resort was very clean, service was excellent, and facilities were outstanding. We were also able to use the facilities and spa in the sister resort next door. Would love to return again and stay longer.

Super clean maintained property, pool , walkways, pool service, room service, bar service, doormen, everything was super efficient and very friendly, beach access, elevators, fabulous breakfast, great staff everywhere, really happy with my stay.

Entering and signing in the staff seem to be a bit rude to first time guests. We do not know that we are supposed to park in the parking deck prior to checking in.

This property was at par with the Reef even the pattern of the room was the same Comparable prices The problem we have mainly was we left three pool cards on the counter in the room while we left to the jungle for some exploring upon our return the room was made up for the next night, but the three pool cards were missing. After confronting the desk with the issue, the front desk says there’s nothing they can do, and it was 800 pesos per replacement card This made a very disappointing turn in what would’ve been a great experience
