Breakfast was decent, room was nice with a view to the river. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean but bathroom had a leak somewhere which kept part of the bathroom floor wet at all times. Staff were really helpful, they even took our luggage to the train station.

I like my stay here and enjoyed the location. It’s convenient and walkable to Main Street. Karina at the reception is awesome!

El staff súper amable nos ayudaron en nuestro intinerario a Machupicho, serviciales y atendieron nuestras necesidades al 100. Recomendado en especial las habitaciones con vista al río.

Ótimo Hotel was good- room clean & tidy. No coffee or tea making facilities. Rooms spacious & with a nice view over the river. Our room was at the front, which meant we got the barking dogs all night long. Breakfast was buffet style & limited. Eggs cooked to order fried boiled or scrambled

Friendly, responsive, helpful staff. Facility a mix of new-ish upstairs and older dated decor. Slept very well. Good beds. Spartan room.
Had to keep windows and balcony door shut to keep out bugs.
Bathroom sink faucet difficult to operate.
Acceptable breakfast. Spacious dining area, views of river and mountains.
