Location was close to the beach but in a run down area. The rooms were modern but very small. Breakfast was disappointing.

helpful staff, clean and modern room, great location - 5 min walk to la playa cantera

Clean room, excellent breakfast, great location

Clean great breakfast and lots of help at the front desk .. walk to the cruise port and around everything..

This Hotel is as described. Not fancy but absolutely spotless, lovely staff and very convenient to promenade and beach etc. Breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate. If you are looking for clean, convenient and friendly, this is for you

Great stay overall

Staff was above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was simple, but inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommed. Excellent location - 3 min walk to the beach.

Excellent location near the beach and many bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean.

It was a nice place.

The hotel is clean but it's very basic in its offering. For example, in the room, they offered one bath towel, one hand towel, and two bottles of water - nothing more. The main issue was the noise related to the large garbage bins on the street right in front of the hotel. Check street-view on Google Maps and you'll see four large garbage bins in front of the hotel. People throw glass bottles into them at random times of the day, which it can be very loud. The worst was when they emptied them in the early morning. I stayed in two different rooms. The second room barely had hot water. It took 10 minutes to warm, and the hot water pressure was very low. The breakfast isn't worth getting, it's very basic, and I would recommend opting for something outside the hotel. On the good side, the staff were great and kind, and the room and hotel were clean.
