Where do I even begin! From arrival to departure my experience at Epic Suites have been nothing but an absolute amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. My private king suite villa with the floating breakfast was an absolute vibe! I had two massages and both were sooo good I fell asleep both times. I’m definitely coming back and coming back with a group of women who deserves this type of treatment as I host my next retreat. I just recommend bringing something for mosquitoes they can get in your room. I just sprayed and turned on my ceiling fan but I think I’m going to bring a portable repellent next time and I’ll be good. Looking forward to coming back again!

Incredible views, helpful staff, would recommend!

The service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful view and the pool was perfect size to just get wet and cool off. The restaurant was excellent as was the food.. The property is quite far from most things but is very quiet and peaceful.. please be aware there is no beach front. The resort is on a cliff. You will need to take transport to the beaches near by at other resorts. Things I would take note of that would have made me give 5 stars. 1. Any needs you have using a driver there is a service fee. I did not mind paying for the service as it was excellent. However it was not made clear that there was a service fee for any transport needs you may have during your stay. It was offered at every turn that our driver can take you wherever you need to go. But no mention of a fee much less how much the fee would be. How is the fee calculated? 2. The sun is very strong in the first half of the day, making the restaurant not very comfortable to sit and eat in.. maybe some blinds or sheer curtains as you have in the room to cut down on the blinding light. 3. The private pool is not so private as you can see them from the restaurant with no problem. Extending the tarps that are currently hung above the patio/pool area would ensure that you are not swimming with anyone from above looking down on you.. as the vibe is a couples resort.. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they really were the best feature of this hotel. The views are breathtaking, free kayaking is good fun. Food was ok. Well equipped rooms with smart tvs and super responsive communication with the restaurant and concierge, making the stay easy.

Best manicure pedicure I’ve ever experienced at the spa. The food was great and the people made it the best place we’ve stayed.
