Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Very convenient for the Shin-Osaka station but is a bit of a mission to find the first time. That’s probably more of an issue with the station labyrinth and the fact Google doesn't handle three dimensional directions on multiple levels and skywalks very well. Once found it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Shinkansen gates.

Nice clean and comfortable room, only thing that was missing from it was USB sockets for charging devices (first world problems...). Staff were helpful and l was able to leave my bag prior to check-in and again leave it after checking out.

Abaixo da média Tiny bathroom, tiny room, requires co ordination with partner when to open bathroom door, terrible pillows,,ac under powered for room size have to run dehumidifier constantly, shower floor has no grip, shower handle slippery, ac noisy, no room to open your bags walk atound at the same time

The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was good as well. The room was a little hot given the air conditioning is central and set to a constant tempretures.

A welcome, relaxing stay, thank you. Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was heavily booked so we had to accept a smoking room, yet to their credit there was no odour. Couldn`t ask for better.

Very strict check-in time (i was 15 minutes early), staff doing useless greeting when they could have been checking people in at the desk (very japanese use of staff), and the checkout is 10am!!
The A/C didnt work at all, only heat.
Dont stay here, even if you're desperate. Internet cafe or karaoke would be a better night stay
