The restaurant was never open prior to 8:00am, with only a single option for breakfast (which wasn't bad, but it wasn't a "buffet"). The hotel was under constant construction. The water was brown from either dirt or rust. Then to top it off, both elevators were broken at one point. I've heard the other Corporate Hotel is much better, but would not be staying at this one again.

Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that. My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again.

My room was spacious, pleasant and nice to be in. The staff is highly responsive to any request and very welcoming. The restaurant and the swimming pool are excellent. knowledge of English is a bit of a problem sometimes, but this is the situation in Ulaanbaatar, in general, and it has never caused me a significant inconvenience, because the entire staff is so welcoming and eager to assist in anything I needed!

The property was relatively central and of a good quality. The staff were wonderful. Overall a good stay for a western audience. The only complaint was the shower temperature control was problematic - swinging from too hot to cold, so you have to figure out a pattern to get washed in the morning.
