I was extremely disappointed with my stay. When we checked into our room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor, the refrigerator was leaking, and the floor near the sink was wet. We reported the issues immediately, expecting them to be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, resolving the issue became an exhausting process. Instead of taking immediate action, we had to repeatedly go back and forth to the front desk and explain the situation to multiple staff members before anything was done. We spent nearly an entire day chasing a resolution rather than enjoying our vacation. Despite reporting the problems right away, we were not moved to another room until approximately 7:00 p.m. the next day, and we were checking out at 10:00 a.m. the morning after that, meaning we had less than 24 hours in a clean, acceptable room. For the amount we paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained room and prompt service when problems were reported. Instead, I was left feeling like we had to fight just to receive the basic standard of accommodation we had already paid for. I cannot recommend staying here and hope management improves both the condition of its rooms and the way guest concerns are handled.

Bike parking and pool are great! Staff very helpful

Good location in Whistler Village. The heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs were great. The property and rooms need updating. The first room we had smelled musty. The front desk stated that they could place an ozonator in the room to clear the smell. They didn't seem surprised about the concern. We declined the ozonator and were able to switch rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.

Room was outdated, with a stained carpet. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay. Good location, good pool.

Everything was excellent. An ice machine on the property would be good though!

We are frequent guests at this property and most units are outstanding for value. 211 is a little tired with carpeting that really needs replacing vs cleaning and a stovetop that will boil an egg in four hours. The property itself as always is clean and pool is the best in Whistler with friendly accommodating staff.
