Disfruté observando el ambiente vibrante y viendo a todos bailar toda la noche. ¡Fue una experiencia verdaderamente inolvidable!

I want to tell you that I am very upset. I booked for June 23rd. The local provider sent me a message saying the activity would be on the 22nd (which was incorrect). On top of that, once I was already at the aviary, they told me I had to pay for the entrance. That information was not in the description. Furthermore, I went into the shop to buy something, it took me 3 minutes, and in no time, the bus sped off, leaving us stranded. The worst part is that there's no signal in that area. It was very difficult to get around because even though I speak Spanish and they do too at the destination, there was no way to move. Someone passed by and offered to give us a ride. Honestly, the service was terrible. There was no explanation from the people who provided our transfer; they always said there would be someone who would be our guide and give us explanations, but that was never true! A terrible experience. After being left behind, I preferred to return to the hotel. I do not recommend it.
