Service: The service is excellent! For anyone attending a concert at Impact Arena, I highly recommend this place. It's convenient, the service is great, and the rooms are clean.

The room was excellent, great value for money, clean and comfortable. The parking was secure with CCTV. I highly recommend this place. The pillows were very soft.

Hotel location: Near the concert venue, convenient to travel with a connecting walkway. If there's a concert at Impact or Thunderdome, I always stay here.

Close, comfortable, clean rooms, lovely reception staff. This is the best place to stay for a concert. There's a convenient walkway to Impact Arena. Many people return to the hotel. The in-room amenities are complete, just that the soap and shampoo aren't separate, but that's okay. The water pressure is strong, and the bed is soft with a good view.
