It was convenient using a Klook Pass instead of separately booking each activity. There are lots of activities to choose from which is great.

The staff were proactive, polite, and explained everything in detail. They were very patient and loving towards my two-year-old daughter. I didn't expect there to be a mini aquarium in Tsuen Wan, with many beautiful jellyfish species, as well as a VR experience and a children's soft play area. I highly recommend bringing children to visit.

The production process was much easier than expected. The instructor was there to assist with details and professional knowledge, and we completed it very smoothly. My girlfriend and I both really liked the finished product, thumbs up! 👍

Experience: Our family of 6 went to play together. Originally, I was worried it wouldn't be fun for the little ones, but I thought we'd give it a try... To my surprise, both adults and children had a great time! The staff were also excellent... because the children wanted to play again, even though it was closing time, they didn't spoil our fun! They still let us finish playing... Although the car park is small, it's enough to play in, and the kids had a blast! There aren't many games, but there's enough time to play... If you want to play the Lai Yuen games outside as well, you'll need to set aside a bit more time!

I regularly come here for ear cleaning, and I'm always extremely satisfied with every visit. The ear cleaner, Yun, is professional, meticulous, and gentle. Plus, there's a complimentary dessert after the service – it's fantastic!

My colleagues and I came here for team building. People of different ages and personalities all had a great time and were fully engaged. Booking was simple and fast, and we didn't have to plan much to have such a good team building activity. I'm quite satisfied~
