Thanks to our guide Hiyo-chan, we had a wonderful Biei tour! I was quite concerned since I was traveling with my parents, but the spacious seating and well-managed schedule were perfect. We even went to the Genghis Khan restaurant right after the tour and tried it! It was truly delicious, with no unpleasant smell at all – simply the best. Thank you again for printing out photos for us at the end; it feels so different to have a physical print rather than just keeping them digitally. I also learned for the first time about the difference between Waku Waku and Doki Doki~ I'll use Waku Waku again next time for more excitement! -Thank you!

Biei Tour with Koni-chan. The course is excellent. There isn't a single place to skip in Biei, from the must-see Blue Pond, Shirogane Blue Pond, Takushinkan, and Shikisai-no-Oka! And Koni-chan, our guide for the bus tour, was so delightful! The weather was cloudy and rainy, which was really disappointing, but thanks to Koni-chan's informative explanations about Hokkaido's history and the best times and places to visit, we had a great time throughout the bus ride! (She explained everything so well and entertainingly. :D) If I ever come to Sapporo again, I definitely want to take the Biei tour once more. My friend and I made wonderful memories. (She takes amazing photos... she's the best!). Thank you, Koni-chan!!

Although physical tickets had to be exchanged at the counter, the exchange process was very quick. The weather was excellent on the day we visited the observation deck, allowing us to see far into the distance. This observation deck is a highly recommended place to visit.

As expected, it's a fast-paced tour package, but the tour guide Lisa is truly excellent. She's efficient and very informative; we learned a lot about Sapporo's local culture, such as the snow fairy birds, horse oil skincare, etc. As for the places, we loved Hell Valley and Lake Toya, as well as Lake Shikotsu. My daughter enjoyed the bear ranch. It's still a great experience if you want to familiarize yourself with where to stay next.

I liked that the seats were comfortable, and Hiyo-chan the guide's kind explanations and guidance were also great. However, the weather was really bad ㅠㅠ but the weather is something that can't be helped... Anyway, I recommend it!!!

After much deliberation, I chose Indigo Travel and went on a tour with Guide Ire! She was so energetic and wonderful that today's trip was fantastic and will be memorable. A large group of us went to Biei on a big bus, and even though it must have been tiring for her, she kept everyone's spirits high, took great photos for each person, and smiled. When people traveling alone seemed lost, she approached them first to chat, which I really appreciated. She was so emotionally engaging, adding storytelling and content to each place we visited, which I found very satisfying. Every stop on the itinerary she took us to was delightful and will be memorable. Today, from the Sunagawa Highway Oasis rest stop to Seven Star Tree, Biei Town, Shirogane Blue Pond, Shirahige Waterfall, Shikisai-no-Oka, and Takushinkan, it was all such a rich and wonderful experience! This is my first trip to Sapporo, and I had doubts about whether I could enjoy traveling alone and worried about how to plan my trip. Thanks to Guide Ire, I realized that spending a fulfilling day freely doing what I wanted in Sapporo was the purpose and happiness of this trip! It will also be memorable how she enthusiastically took photos of fellow tour participants at Shirogane Blue Pond and Shirahige Waterfall, shouting "It's a lake! It's a waterfall!" As I write this, hoping it helps Guide Ire, it feels like it's become my personal journal of a precious day in Sapporo, and I'm very proud. Even on the last leg of the journey, her sincere and dedicated answers to questions from fellow tour participants were very touching and appreciated. Although it might have been just a one-day encounter, and perhaps our first meeting as people in the same creative profession, Guide Ire was so memorable and wonderful that I'll be able to recognize her at a glance if we meet again!!!!!! And she was so professional and responsible that I thought she was my age, but she's young, so I hope those planning to go on a tour will keep that in mind, lol.
