Enjoyed the tour a lot! Get to see the more rural part of Penang! Our tour guide Mr CC Ang was really good and helpful with his clear explanations. Answered many of our questions patiently and to the best of his ability. He also helped to take many photos for us and even brought us to see some extra stuff that were not part of the itinerary. If I have the chance would love to take up another tour guided by him the next time we are back in Penang!

Had a wonderful morning tour with Jenny. Jenny was very engaging, shared a lot about local history and life in Penang. A very unique tour and different experience that I would recommend if you are in Penang. Balik Pulau is a beautiful countryside, the itinerary was well planned, with breakfast and lunch at local spots (also stopped by for chendol better than those in town), nutmeg factory, belachan factory and rice field. Was comfortable throughout in the car and enjoyed the insights and conversations with Jenny!

Our guide, Mr. G, is the best guide ever! He taught us everything we needed and was very humorous! Together with our driver, Uncle Raman, they were the best!

Mr. Ong is truly a very efficient and kind person. In addition, he planned the entire itinerary so well that there was no rushing at all, and my mother didn't have to walk much, saving her a lot of effort. The included fast-track cable car ticket meant we didn't have to queue at all; we could just get on the cable car immediately. It was a very satisfying tour.

Mandy drove very smoothly and efficiently, taking us to all the places without any rush or urgency. She provided explanations in fluent Chinese throughout the journey. My mother and I were very happy to meet such a conscientious, responsible, and patient driver-guide.

It was an extraordinary experience with uncomplicated communication with the tour guide regarding pickup. The areas visited (Penang Hill with the funicular railway and the Kek Lok Si Temple) were impressive. Especially around the New Year's festival, the temple was decorated with many lanterns. There is so much to discover and see, you could easily spend a whole day there. It was simply great! On the way back, you can also be dropped off at a hawker center for lunch instead of going back to the hotel hungry.
