Our experience at The Habitat Penang Hill was amazing and memorable. We went to the station by Grab and bought our train tickets to go up. When we reached the top, we took photos and walked around. After that, we went up to the Skywalk, and the view was mesmerizing; it was a great experience.

For a spine-chilling twist on Penang's skyline views, The Top's Halloween Haunted House event is a scream-worthy must-do! They cleverly redecorated the Jurassic Park theme room into a ghoulish nightmare—dino skeletons now draped in cobwebs, fog machines pumping out eerie mist, and flickering jack-o'-lanterns casting shadows on "extinct" horrors. It's like stepping from a prehistoric jungle into a pumpkin-spiced purgatory.

The view from the TOP is incredibly beautiful and definitely worth a visit. Our package includes five locations, and the most cost-effective option is to walk outside while harnessed. Upon reaching the 65th floor, you can register and fill out a form at the reception. Soon after, staff will help you put on your safety ropes and harness, then guide you to walk within the safety net outside. However, the pace is a bit fast, leaving little time for photos. It would be great if there was more time to stop and take pictures. Remember to hold onto your phone securely. Afterwards, you can go to the 68th-floor rooftop to take more photos or videos. As for Jurassic Park and the mini aquarium, there's nothing particularly special, but it's worth mentioning that the staff member at Jurassic Park who mimics a laboratory setting/guides you into the elevator is very dedicated to her performance, making you feel truly immersed in the laboratory experience, haha. A worthwhile tip: if you're staying nearby, consider leaving your personal belongings and bags at your hotel. This is because participating in the 65th-floor outdoor walk requires you to store your bags in a locker, and locker rental incurs an additional fee (credit card payment). Additionally, everyone should pay attention to the weather conditions, as many activities are closed when it rains, especially the highly recommended activities like visiting the 65th and 68th floors. Our driver is very knowledgeable about Penang, highly recommended for his service, definitely worth every penny, and customizable for families with kids.

My guide, William, was punctual, patient, and knowledgeable about the tour. He also gave me some nice recommendations for lunch. I was a solo traveler with a family of 3 (5 people in total), so the compact group size was ideal for getting around. I recommend taking the 8:30 AM tour because while it's cooler at the top, it can get pretty hot.
