I can only speak broken English, but they explained the oil selection process thoroughly. I was relieved that Japanese forms were available. I received a wonderful massage and excellent service from therapist William. I didn't have much time, but since you can relax after the massage, I recommend planning for some extra time before and after your session. If I had one request, it would be even better if there were staff who could speak Japanese.
