I highly recommend this park and this itinerary. Although the journey takes over an hour, it's truly worth it. You get to watch elephants eat, feed them, and there's no forced bathing or mud baths. You just walk around with the elephants, and they just keep eating and eating. People who love elephants will find it very therapeutic. The driver, guide, and park staff are all very kind.

By a twist of fate, I rebooked at another branch, Makkha Health & Spa Chiang Mai (Ancient House). The service was excellent. My masseuse, Nice (number 3), had fantastic massage skills and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely visit again. Masseuse Nice has excellent skills.

Very polite, with excellent technique, and a convenient location. Before the massage, they also ask if you have any specific areas you'd like them to focus on.

Unforgettable experience at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary! 😊 Got up close and personal with these gentle giants - feeding, petting, and even watching them splash around in the mud bath was pure magic. The mini activities and free drinks were the cherry on top. Super ethical and responsible sanctuary, felt great supporting their cause. If you're an animal lover or just want a unique experience, this is a must-do in Chiang Mai!

The staff was very kind! They helped me find suitable clothes based on my needs without any aggressive sales tactics. My experience this time was excellent. I rented for 2 hours, and they deducted the changing time, starting the clock only after I left the store. They even proactively extended the time a bit, allowing us to walk and take photos without rushing. 👍👍

Consider it transportation, not a tour. The driver was on time, drove smoothly, and let us know when to meet back at the van. We loved checking out the Elephant Poo Paper Park (not smelly at all, haha) and the Sticky Waterfall was so cool! The waterfall closed at 4:30 PM, though, so we were rushed by the park rangers near the end. Overall, it was worth it to not worry about transportation.
