Llegué tarde, pero el personal fue muy amable. Pregunté si había alguna mejora disponible y lo verificaron y me la dieron.

Convenience of transportation: Excellent, it's a central point for popular attractions, making it easy to go anywhere. Service: Great, the staff are all very friendly. Hotel location: Excellent, it's the meeting point for the Grand Canyon tour. The first floor has a huge casino, major brand boutiques, restaurants, and the O Show, with an aerial walkway connecting to other surrounding hotels. The room was clean. We stayed in a twin room on the 21st floor, and there seemed to be a door connecting to the next room, which made the soundproofing a bit poor. The mini-bar drinks all cost money if touched, so it was like not having a refrigerator. Cleanliness: Clean.

My first stay met my expectations; the staff was friendly, and everything was clean. I would definitely book again. It has two towers, Hilton and Conrad. My friend and I stayed in different towers, and I personally preferred the Hilton aesthetically, but both are great.

The entire experience was amazing. Everything at the Venetian Hotel was top-notch. From check-in to check-out, everyone who works at the resort was friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious with a king bed and sofa bed. The pool was nice and it was off the strip but you could walk to it in about 15 minutes.

This was my first "on the strip" experience, and it was amazing! The staff was friendly, and the rooms were so big and cozy... 10/10 recommend!

The staff were very professional. There is an additional resort fee of USD$55 (per room), which includes WiFi, pool, and gym access. Unfortunately, this was not disclosed at the time of booking.

Everything was great. Hotel was great, booking with klook was a great experience. I highly recommend booking with Klook.
