Guramar was a fantastic tour guide during our adventure in Malacca, the historical gem of Malaysia. He brought all the attractions to life with his engaging storytelling and witty jokes, adding a lively touch to our experience. He even took us to his favorite restaurant off Jonker Walk and recommended the “Otak Otak,” which we couldn't get enough of! My cousin and I would definitely recommend this tour—there was never a dull moment!

Excellent day trip! The guide was friendly and well-informed. The historical sites and Jonker Street were highlights. Would suggest extending the tour duration for a more relaxed pace and to include the night market. Three Hours in Malacca is not enough to enjoy the place.

we have a very nice trip to Melaka. Driver Mohan is very nice. The car is clean and comfortable for our 7 persons. Lunch is unexpectly good. Will join other klook private tour next time.

Our guide, JC, was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding throughout our entire trip. I would recommend this tour as it covers three cities with spectacular views. The guided tour was well-coordinated to ensure our route was monitored and every part was covered within the 10 hours provided. A truly hardworking team, genuinely recommended.

They pick me up at the hotel. Communication is also frequent, with a WhatsApp group chat including the travel agency and the driver, which is reassuring as it's not just one-on-one. Since I was the only participant this time, when I sent the location of a restaurant I wanted to visit, they took me right to the front. In Malacca, they were considerate enough to tell me to wait at a certain spot because parking was far away. Most importantly, it's difficult to go to the mosque by myself, so having it included in the tour was a major deciding factor. The price is a bit high for Malaysian standards, but I highly recommend it as a tour that offers excellent service and flexibility.

Ik nam deel aan de Basic Mangrove Tour (gedeelde boot, geen maaltijden, ontmoeting bij de Tanjung Rhu pier) en over het algemeen was het een goede ervaring. Het mangrove landschap is prachtig en ontspannend, met kalkstenen kliffen, kalm water en wat wilde dieren zoals adelaars en apen. De gids deelde nuttige informatie over het mangrove ecosysteem. Let wel op dat als je kiest voor het pakket zonder maaltijden, de boot zal stoppen bij het drijvende zeerestaurant en je daar ongeveer 40 minuten moet wachten terwijl anderen hun maaltijd nuttigen, voordat je terugkeert naar de steiger. Geen groot probleem, maar wel handig om van tevoren te weten. Het ontmoetingspunt was gemakkelijk te vinden en de tour begon op tijd. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en geschikt voor beginnende bezoekers die een eenvoudige mangrovetour willen.

The management was very organized with early notifications before departure. The registration location was clearly indicated with booth pictures and options to go directly to the jetty or from Underwater World. The boat driver was comfortable and punctual. It is only suggested that the boat driver could share a little history or interesting information at each tour location to add value to the experience.
