After reporting an unusual noise from the air conditioner, the staff confirmed it and helped us change rooms. The hotel's overall aesthetic is beautiful, it's very clean, and the space and energy feel great.

Online purchases are cheaper than on-site, and you can also book online, which is very convenient. The师傅 (master/technician) is also very professional. I will buy and use their services again if I have the chance.

The Love River Love Boat in Kaohsiung is such a charming experience! The cruise offers a peaceful view of the city lights reflecting on the water, creating a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The gentle breeze, soothing music, and scenic bridges make it perfect for couples or anyone who wants to unwind. The staff are friendly, and the whole ride feels well-paced. Definitely a must-try when visiting Kaohsiung — simple, beautiful, and memorable!

The room was very clean, equipped with a bidet toilet and a deep bathtub. It's a self-check-in system, with access via a password-protected main door and room door.

Overall, the environment is great and comfortable. The only downside is that there's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs, which is very inconvenient if you have large luggage. Also, you have to find your own parking space. If these two points could be improved, it would be absolutely perfect!

I happened to get a buy-one-get-one-free offer, which was very cost-effective. The one-day itinerary was very fulfilling, and I fully experienced Kaohsiung's unique attractions. It's definitely worth recommending to everyone.

Excellent location, friendly and polite front desk staff, snacks available 24 hours, spacious and clean rooms, simple but delicious breakfast.
