Our guide, Baran (or Balan?), was incredibly kind! This was the first time a guide bought us water with their own money – I was so touched! Pamukkale was my favorite place among all the places I visited in Turkey! Highly recommended~ I suggest you go on a day with good weather!! It's an absolutely spectacular view.

The flight was very smooth, Pamukkale's scenery is beautiful, and the hotel transfer was very convenient... ☺️~ I was just a little disappointed that my name wasn't on the certificate 😮‍💨

It felt novel, and the transfer was very punctual. It's a pity that my family and I were separated into different hot air balloons, but it didn't affect the overall experience.

We truly appreciate your understanding of our situation regarding the need to load our luggage. We also thank you for dropping us off midway, saving us a long walk when leaving Pamukkale. The tour guide Baron and the driver are friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle is large, clean, comfortable, and the buffet lunch is quite good and Turkish style.

There's a shuttle service to the hotel and it drops you off at the balloon launch site. Safety is quite good; they even explain how to disembark from the balloon. The balloon ride itself isn't scary. If you can't go to Cappadocia, then Pamukkale is a good alternative. The scenery will be different; you'll see a white landscape below. If you come to Turkey, I recommend taking a hot air balloon ride.
