It was the best decision to book a private tour, because even after Vietnam, Kuala Lumpur seems much hotter, and everything is much easier in an air-conditioned car. Our guide, Jala, first found out what our native language was and played audio with information about the country in Russian, and then we communicated in English and he perfectly answered all our questions. When we went to the Batu Caves, my mother didn't have a scarf to cover her knees and we didn't have cash to get one, so he arranged for us to be given one. Thank you again for the organization! We participated as a group of four friends, two men and two women in their 50s. With convenient pick-up and drop-off at our hotel, we efficiently visited many photogenic spots where we could experience history and culture, such as the Pink Mosque, the streets of Malacca, Nyonya cuisine (separate payment), and the Strait of Malacca.
