The actual experience was better than expected. We arrived in the morning to check in, and originally had to wait until 1:00 PM for a room. However, the front desk was accommodating and allowed us to check in immediately, which was very thoughtful service. The room was very new and quite spacious, and it's very close to the subway station, about a 5-minute walk. Overall, very satisfied! The room was nice and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. I loved that there was also drinking water for free and the amenities are complete. location is also good, my room even had a nice view

Veldig bra beliggenhet og rene fasiliteter. Det er ganske lite sammenlignet med andre budsjetthoteller jeg har vært på, men definitivt et fint sted å bo. Best for korte reiser hvor du trenger å dra til forskjellige deler av Singapore.

The hotel is located in the city center, near Singapore Management University, with a strong cultural and educational atmosphere. Downstairs, there are multiple subway lines and bus stops, making transportation very convenient. Even without taking public transport, you can quickly reach nearby Orchard Road, Bugis, Clarke Quay, Fort Canning Park, the National Museum and Art Gallery, and Chijmes by walking. Although the rooms are a bit small, the environment is comfortable and features bright floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for a good rest. The hotel staff are friendly and can communicate in Mandarin, making it worth revisiting.

Love, love this place! Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre was an excellent choice, especially since we were traveling with senior parents. The hotel was comfortable, accessible, and very convenient after long days of sightseeing. I highly recommend getting Club Access. We don’t usually eat heavy dinners, so the evening snacks and refreshments at the lounge were perfect for us to relax and recharge after day trips. It became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location is also fantastic — very close to Somerset MRT, and you can comfortably walk through Orchard malls at a relaxed, air-conditioned pace, which is ideal for seniors. Overall, a very enjoyable and stress-free hotel experience. Highly recommended!
