The tour guide was friendly and provided excellent service. They also diligently introduced Jeju Island's unique characteristics and culture to everyone.

Today's arrangements were excellent. Our guide, Stella, was very attentive. There was one attraction that involved hiking. She constantly reminded us to be careful on the slopes and helped us up and down the stairs. 👍👍👍 She also took many photos for us. 🤭🤭 She made us look very slim 😂😂, so she is a very professional guide. 😘😘😘 Thanks

The guide Han has been very nice and helpful. He’s always reminding us to ask him any questions throughout the day. He also helps us take beautiful pictures at certain locations. Han is also very professional in that he always makes sure we know where the bus will be parked before we leave to explore each location on our own.

Fue una gran experiencia, vimos muchos paisajes naturales, nuestro guía Han fue muy amable y nos ayudó con nuestras dudas. Al final fuimos a Osulloc Tea, el helado de matcha estaba realmente bueno y auténtico.

The tour guide is very friendly and will help take many photos. If you're not driving yourself, I highly recommend joining a one-day tour to solve the inconvenience of transportation.

We were lucky they didn't cancel our tour, as it was just me and my friend. It was very kind of them, especially since I saw they have a minimum of three people policy for their tours. Our guide was flexible with our requests but took us to the perfect place to eat, which served Jeju beef soup. He also took photos of us, shared a lot of Jeju's history, and even taught us some Jeju dialect. He was very nice, and the ride was smooth, which was great because I get carsick easily. The itinerary was perfect, allowing us to see many places in a short amount of time. Thanks, Lucas!

Our guide Chloe is very professional and enthusiastic about introducing us to facts and history of Jeju island. She always tells us where the parking lot is so we can gauge our time to return to the bus at the stipulated time to prevent delay to the next schedule. The tour's pace is just right. I never felt being rushed to the next location and we ended the day around 6pm, which is just nice for a good dinner at Dongmun market. Chloe also has lots of good recommendations for food, such as tangerine Makgeoli, tangerine and peanut ice cream, and even the hotteok that a granny has been making for 20 years at the Dongmun market. Everything she recommends tastes so good.

We loved the entire tour from start to finish. Mr. Peter, who guided our tour, was very knowledgeable about Jeju Island. Moreover, he took care of each of our requirements. Picking tangerines was a great experience, as was meeting the village master of Seongeup Folk Village. We just loved the calm and serene place altogether. We got a bunch of good pictures and a whole lot of memories.
