I strongly request improvements to the opening hours of the swimming pool and fitness facilities: Swimming Pool: 9 am - 7 pm Fitness Facilities: 7:30 am - 10 pm If we want to use the facilities on the day of check-in, we have to use the swimming pool first because it closes early and opens late. If we can check in on time at 3 pm, we have to rush to the swimming pool. This time, two rooms were not ready on time, only becoming available around 3:40 pm. Furthermore, some family members arrived at the hotel after 7 p.m., rushing to enjoy the buffet. Of course, they couldn't use the swimming pool facilities. Fitness Facilities: After enjoying the buffet, we had to rush to the gym. My family members entered around 9:35 pm, and by 10 pm, all the lights were turned off. The elevator area was pitch black, with only the elevator buttons illuminated. Is this how you treat guests? Can we use the facilities on the second day? There were two breakfast sessions, and we chose the 9 am slot. Because the swimming pool opened late, we couldn't swim in the morning before eating. It's also not advisable to exercise right after eating. The main point is that after the meal, it was almost time to prepare for check-out. If we chose an earlier meal session, we would have to eat quickly and then wait for digestion before exercising. In summary, the facility opening hours prevented guests from having a relaxing stay.
